MONDAY MEMO
Our Mission: Promote economic growth of the business community.
By now you know that all our in-person chamber events have been postponed until we are through this uncertain time. But we want to make sure we all stay connected, so we’re constantly on the lookout for ways to make that happen.

To be honest, we miss seeing you!

Our community is the best of the best and the way our businesses are adapting so quickly is mind-blowing and inspiring! Let’s continue to support each other and the efforts of everyone as we find our new normal (at least our normal for now.)

We are blessed to have so many digital ways to stay connected, but don’t forget to call or drop a note of encouragement, too. It really does matter.

We are constantly updating our website with the latest COVID-19 news , including information on the Coronavirus Emergency Loans, as well as articles that might be helpful as we navigate these new waters.

Please check out our website and Facebook page often. I f you need assistance navigating through the resources on our web site, please let us know. Our phone number is 972-436-9571 and our email is info@lewisvillechamber.org .

Staff is still answering calls and emails and continuing to work hard for you and your business, even during this extremely difficult time. Also, our board, ambassadors and staff are calling each of our member businesses to touch base and see how we can help.

Please stay safe and we hope to see you online very soon!!

We are, as always, better (and stronger) together!

The 2020 Census is underway and households across America are responding every day.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the U.S. Census Bureau has adjusted 2020 Census operations in order to:
• Protect the health and safety of Census Bureau employees and the American public.
• Implement guidance from federal, state, and local health authorities.
• Ensure a complete and accurate count of all communities.

This table summarizes the adjustments to operations. Should any additional adjustment become necessary, the Census Bureau will promptly publish the change in an updated document.

Are you curious about how many people in your community are responding to the 2020 Census? Stay up to date with a map of self-response rates from across the United States. Find out here.

Dear Friends and Chamber Contacts:

As most of you know, the Chamber offices are closed. Many of your businesses may already be closed and many more will follow in the coming days as we all work together to flatten the curve. The Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce is all about working together to help business thrive. As a chamber member, Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Lewisville will do its part.

Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Lewisville remains open on a reduced scale as a necessary business. People need their vehicles to be working safely at all times but especially in these troubled times. People may need to replace vehicles as well and Five Star Ford Lewisville will do its part in the most professional manner possible to ensure the safety of its employees and its customers. Our service department has a well-deserved reputation for quality and timely repairs. We urge you to call for an appointment or schedule one online @ fivestarfordlewisville.com.  Maintaining your vehicle is critical at this time. We can virtually service any vehicle including pick up and dropping the car back to you at your residents’ or work. *Distance restrictions apply.

You can purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle via our FORD Mobile Sales Solution from the website and appointments only. We have video walk-arounds, trade-in information and even a Store-To-Door Test Drive that allows us to bring a vehicle to you and you can then test drive without a salesperson in the vehicle.

We love our Community & our Community Business Partners- Please Stay Safe & Well…#Bettertogether
