LAST CALL - BUTLER FAMILY DIRECTORY

We’re preparing this year’s school directory to help families stay connected. This directory will include basic contact details pulled from the Infinite Campus Portal —names, phone numbers, addresses, and emails.

The directory and password will be shared in October with Butler students and their families.

If you prefer not to be included, email butlerespto@gmail.com by Sept. 25, 2026 to opt out.

BOOK VENDING MACHINE

This school year, the PTO is thrilled to give our school a Book Vending Machine, which our administration will use as part of Butler's Positive Paw Power Program!

We hope our Butler Bears have fun discovering new books and growing their love of reading.

TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE - JOIN US

Butler is famous for its family-friendly events. But, our events only happen because families volunteer. We have opportunities for everyone—whether you can help for an hour, grab supplies from the store, or volunteer during the day, evening, or weekend.

Here's how it works: Sign up for events that interest you. The event Chairperson will reach out, introduce themselves, and let you know exactly how you can help. No commitment—just a conversation.

Together, we make Butler amazing!

DONATE TODAY

Don't have time to volunteer?

No problem!

The Butler PTO is collecting a $15 contribution per household (Butler Family) as the means to offset the expenses for organizing and holding the events and activities.

For those who wish, you can sponsor another Butler family’s $15 contribution. Payment is preferred through MyPaymentsPlus or submit a check with this form.

CLASSROOM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

As a Homeroom Coordinator or Party Planner, you'll get a front-row seat to the excitement of the school year; supporting your teacher in meaningful ways, and helping to create fun experiences for the class.

Email butlerespto@gmail.com  to learn more and get involved.

We are hoping to fill the following classroom volunteer positions ASAP!

Thank you to everyone who attended and generously supported this event. Your enthusiasm and contributions—whether you played, volunteered, or donated—made a real difference for our students. It's this kind of heartfelt support that makes Butler Elementary such a special place.

We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we look forward to bringing everyone back together at our next community event!

MY PAYMENTS PLUS VS. MY SCHOOL BUCKS
My Payments Plus

My Payments Plus is a free, secured, online account which allows you to pay for student fees, field trips, PTO events, summer classes, etc. This is used district-wide, so we encourage all families to register for an account. To sign up, simply visit: MyPaymentsPlus.com and click on “Register a Free Account.” You will need your child's student identification number to set up the account, which can be found in the parent portal.

My School Bucks

My School Bucks is a free, secured online account which allows you to pay for school meals. It allows you to have a digital option for lunches (no cards – the cafeteria staff look up the child’s name at the register) as well as see what items your child is purchasing in the cafeteria. To access My School Bucks, please visit MySchoolBucks.com. You will need your child's student identification number to set up the account, which can be found in the parent portal.
