Human Concerns
FROM SHERBOURNE U.M.C.

“Dear students and parishioners of St. Mary’s: Thank you again so much for your love and caring shown to Sherbourne U.M.C. this Christmas season. Because of your generosity, we were able to provide Christmas for the children in this community who otherwise would not have had any Christmas at all! Again, thank you so much for organizing this outreach, and for the safe delivery of all of the toys and games!"

We are blessed to work in partnership with Sherbourne! Many thanks to each of you who helped with this year’s “Children Helping Children” outreach!!

Tuesday, January 19, 2021
7:00 – 8:00 PM
Saint Mary’s Catholic Church

Registration is required. Click here to register.

Join us for a one hour celebration of Evening Prayer in our parish church. The liturgy will include familiar music from the Taize Community in France, Scripture readings, and silence. The Blessed Sacrament will be on the Altar throughout our celebration, helping us to focus on the Presence of the Lord. Join us as we pray for our Nation.

SPECIAL NOTE: This prayer service will be livestreamed. The link for the livestream will be available in Tuesday's email as well as on our parish website. Due to the low light of the candlelit service, the video quality may be negatively affected but the sound quality for will remain strong for those praying with us.
2020 St. Mary's Contribution Statements
Given tax law changes resulting in fewer households itemizing their taxes and in an effort to conserve resources, St .Mary's will not bulk mail 2020 contribution statements. If you need a contribution statement for your tax filing, there are 4 ways to get a 2020 statement:

  1. If you contribute via E-Giving you can print a statement from your online E-Giving account. E-Giving account login can be accessed from the St. Mary's website here.
  2. Register for a My Own Church account (MOC). Having a MOC account allows you to edit personal and contact information directly in the parish database. It also allows you to see all your contributions and print a year-end statement. You can access My Own Church here.
  3. For an email copy or paper copy of your 2020 statement, you can send a request to [email protected].
  4. Finally, you can call the parish office at 804-740-4044 and ask for Karen Martin at ext. 115 to get assistance.
