🧸 ☕️ Where Playdates and Coffee Dates Happily Collide

The Playroom Social offers parents a safe place for their children to play while they connect with other parents and caregivers!

✨ Recently opened in downtown Concord on April 16th, the play area is for children under 5 years old and is filled with a variety of toys and activities that will keep your little ones engaged and entertained.

  • The inspiration for creating this unique opportunity was born out of founder Nicole Ransley’s own personal experiences of feeling isolated as a new mom in a new town.

The Playroom Social plans to offer fun social events in the evenings, such as trivia and cookie decorating as well as parenting-type classes with local lactation and sleep consultants, pre- and postnatal yoga, and car seat safety.

🏡 The Power of Curb Appeal: Making a Lasting First Impression

First impressions are critical in a job interview, a first date, and especially in real estate! The average home buyer gets their first impression of your home as they pull into the driveway and get out to walk to the front door. Typically, this happens within the first 8 to 12 seconds.

  • Curb appeal can get the buyer excited to see the inside of your home! It sets the mood and mindset for the rest of the showing.

First impressions are Team Honeycutt's specialty! They walk beside you and create a plan specifically for your home...to list AND sell quickly.

Pick of the Week... Seen on Social

We spotted a mouth-watering featured beverage on social media at Allegiance Coffee located in the historic Jackson Park neighborhood in Concord this week! The watermelon cucumber mint refresher is a mixture of complimentary flavors made with green tea extract to add a slight kick of caffeine for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! Pair it with water, sparkling water, or lemonade based on preference!
