L.E.A.N. Program - Learning Essentials for Activity & Nutrition
Jumpstart your journey to a healthy lifestyle! Learn physical activity and nutrition essentials that will lay a foundation for success when setting wellness goals for the New Year. Every session will include an educational workshop and physical activity. Led by Wellness Director and Coordinator, Kyle Hindman and Emma Todoroff.

Creative Cooking
Add 2 cups fun with 1 cup of laughter. Mix in a handful of friends and you get a 4-week cooking class that explores essential cooking skills, healthy choices and inspires creativity and collaboration through mouth watering masterpieces. Please let staff know of any food allergens!
