It was wonderful to see everyone at last week’s vision labs! Thank you for your time and meaningful contributions to this work. We had a strong turnout with diverse demographic representation, and the facilitation was outstanding—truly effective engagement from all who participated.

In recognition of the importance of language and culture in shaping a shared vision, staff are also planning a dedicated Spanish-language Vision Lab. This session, held in collaboration with Adelante Mujeres and/or Centro Cultural, will take place in a trusted community space to ensure Latino voices are fully represented—just as they were during the early outreach phase.

In 2024, Forest Grove launched a community-driven visioning process that gathered thousands of ideas to shape five key goal areas. Through outreach efforts over the summer and fall, an estimated 4,000 community members were engaged.
