Proposed 2027 Budget Presentation to Homeowners

The proposed 2027 Budget will be presented to the public on October 22, at 6:30pm, in the San Vicente Room. Homeowners will have an opportunity to review the budget and provide comments.

The budget will then be presented to the Board of Directors for formal approval on October 27.

The meeting agenda is available for view by logging into the SDCEA Owner Portal, under Shared Documents.

Opportunity to Join SDCEA BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2027 Nominating Committee

A minimum of two homeowners are needed to join the nominating committee for the 2027 Board of Directors election.

The committees pupose is to consider and review all candidates who possess reasonable qualifications and are requesting to run for the Board. Recommendations will be provided to the Board at the January 2027 meeting.
