Morehouse School of Medicine offers “Run, Hide, Fight” Active Shooter Training to equip our community with practical, life-saving strategies. We encourage each class, department and unit to host this training once each quarter.

This interactive, on-site 90-minute training hosted by MSM's Public Safety includes:

• Reviewing and discussing the recommended actions shown in the “Run, Hide, Fight” video.
• Discussing selection and use of ordinary items that can be used for defense.
• Touring each work/study area and identifying areas suitable for shelter as well as methods and equipment to secure the space.

The principles you’ll learn are not only applicable on campus, but also in any setting—at work, home, or in public spaces.
