The Livery Guesthouse Opens

A new 8-room boutique hotel, The Livery Guesthouse, has opened at 100 N. Ring Ave. The historic 1905 landmark has served as a livery stable, the Scotia Hotel, and apartments throughout its history. After falling into disrepair, it was renovated and restored by Joseph Kokolakis, demonstrating that preservation of Tarpon Springs’ historic character can also bring new economic opportunities, visitors, and quality-of-life amenities to the community.
