Miami Beach RFP Class A Office Space
The Miami Beach Commission unanimously agreed to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to enhance the Lincoln Road district’s appeal as one of the country’s premier mixed-use neighborhoods by adding Class A office space to the mix of restaurants, arts and entertainment venues, boutique hotels, art galleries and retail shops.

The RFP invites developers to propose projects involving three existing city-owned surface parking lots and one city-owned parking garage in the Lincoln Road area. The future development would ultimately connect the nearby Convention Center complex with Lincoln Road and transform North Lincoln Lane from a service alley to a pedestrian-friendly street.

Interested potential developers may register and access the RFP here. For additional information on the RFP please contact Kristy Bada kristybada@miamibeachfl.gov
