Dear Family and Friends,
It's Thanksgiving time and it is that time of year to celebrate. There is always something for which to be thankful for. Let us revisit some past celebrations. Emancipation from slavery June 19, 1865. The Pilgrims and Indians first harvest in 1621. The day that we were born. The resurrection of Jesus Christ. Are you excited about any of these past events? What about future events?
Are you anticipating seeing your friends and family for Thanksgiving? Will it be virtually or in person? The pandemic has changed the way we unite with family and friends. People are always focusing on something. Take the time to pause and praise God, He will reveal something to you. Let us peek into this month's lessons from the books of Revelation and Acts. One of our lessons will be to focus on John’s vision of Heaven. All people are united and celebrate God. They are singing Hallelujah (praise the Lord). Is this the ultimate celebration or can you think of something else?
This month's lessons are on United in Praise (Rev 7:9-17), God of Power (Rev 11:15-19), Marriage of the Lamb (Rev 19:1-8), and Good News for All (Acts 10:34-47). Come join us for the month of November 2021. How are we united in God? Have you seen a representative of your family or friends worshipping?
