Youth Sunday is the Best!

It's been two years for some, one year or even one month for others....

It was great seeing and hearing our youth sing on the 4th Sunday in October. Join us again and let's stay connected!!

Greetings from

Rev. Shanika Perry, Youth Pastor

Greetings Bethel Families and Friends,

Children are meeting every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. virtually for their worship time and lesson.

We understand that worship in the sanctuary isn't always finished, but it's consistent with when we did in-person worship. We are asking that you plan to set up your child/children on their respective devices ahead of time (or teach them how to log-in) so that we can re-engage your youngest worshippers on Sundays.

Save the zoom credentials below. THANK YOU!

Sunday School for Youth

Outside of teaching your child the scriptures at home, how can you ensure your child stays connected to Christ and has a strong biblical foundation?

By ensuring they attend Sunday School on Sundays at 10:00 a.m.

Biblical Lesson

Dear Family and Friends,

It's Thanksgiving time and it is that time of year to celebrate. There is always something for which to be thankful for. Let us revisit some past celebrations. Emancipation from slavery June 19, 1865. The Pilgrims and Indians first harvest in 1621. The day that we were born. The resurrection of Jesus Christ. Are you excited about any of these past events? What about future events?

Are you anticipating seeing your friends and family for Thanksgiving? Will it be virtually or in person? The pandemic has changed the way we unite with family and friends. People are always focusing on something. Take the time to pause and praise God, He will reveal something to you. Let us peek into this month's lessons from the books of Revelation and Acts. One of our lessons will be to focus on John’s vision of Heaven. All people are united and celebrate God. They are singing Hallelujah (praise the Lord). Is this the ultimate celebration or can you think of something else?

This month's lessons are on United in Praise (Rev 7:9-17), God of Power (Rev 11:15-19), Marriage of the Lamb (Rev 19:1-8), and Good News for All (Acts 10:34-47). Come join us for the month of November 2021. How are we united in God? Have you seen a representative of your family or friends worshipping?

YPD 1st Mtg CT_copy.jpg

Theme: Inside Out - I Timothy 4:10-12

Bethel was able to take twelve of our Youth to Connecticut to the annual 1st District YPD meeting. Our Youth loved that they were able to connect with other Youth within the 1st District. They learned, shared and of course had fun! It was a great session. Our Bethel Youth continue to lead by example and we are very proud of them.

Thank you YPD Local Director, Tracy Pinkett, Advisors and volunteers for all you do.
