Annapolis Ten Mile Run
Sunday, August 30th, 2026
Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium
Next entry fee increase is June 1st!
Summer is right around the corner, and summer’s best race is only three months away, so now is the time to start your training for the 51st annual Annapolis Ten Mile Run on Sunday, August 30th! But you can’t run the race if you don’t sign up, right? And with the next entry fee increase coming a week from Monday, you might as well head over to RunSignup.com/A10 right now and get yourself registered while you’re thinking about it. Go ahead, we’ll wait. It’ll only take a couple minutes!
But as fun as it is to take part in our club’s premier event, what’s even more fun is running the A-10 with a friend or two! So please, remind your friends about the coming entry fee increase and point them to RunSignup.com/A10 for complete race details & registration. And let ’em know that if they join the Annapolis Striders, they get $10 off their A-10 entry fee!
HELP WANTED: As fun as it is to run the A-10, it can be just as much fun to volunteer at the A-10! It takes hundreds of volunteers to pull off this event every year, plus a race committee of extra-dedicated people to oversee various aspects of the race. If you’d like to help out on A-10 race weekend, e-mail our volunteer coordinator at a10volunteers@annapolisstriders.org! And if you’d like to step up to serve on the A-10 race committee, information about available roles can be found here, and you are welcome to e-mail race director Rose Dziedzic at a10@annapolisstriders.org with any questions.

Education Series:
We had a great clinic last weekend with Rehab2Run for the kick off of our Education Series! Rachelle, a doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in runners gave us some great background on common running injuries and causes as well as prehab and rehab to add to our routines. If you missed out don't worry, we'll have her out again late summer/early fall. And stay tuned for the next installment in our series, a runner focused strength training workshop with Steph from NeighborhoodBarre coming in June.

Upcoming Training Programs:
-
A10 Training starts at the end of June. Registration opening after Memorial Day.
-
Marathon Training starts at the end of June. Registration opening after Memorial Day. We are still in need of some additional coaches for this group if you're interested email elizabethn@annapolisstriders.org for more info.
