Bryant Named Executive of the Year


Union State Bank Senior Vice President and Arkansas City Market President Bradley Bryant has been recognized as a 2024 Executive of the Year Honoree by the Wichita Business Journal. Bryant is one of twenty-five professionals recognized for their outstanding leadership who were featured in the October 10th print edition of the journal.


Bryant joined Union State Bank as a Commercial / Agricultural Loan Officer in 2016. He farms as a second career, actively involved in both crop and livestock production. Simultaneously, as a senior vice president and the Arkansas City market president for Union State Bank, he works as part of the organization’s leadership team to develop financial service relationships.


“I work to make all members of my team feel valued and appreciated. I can't be successful if they aren't,” Bryant said.
