You can find all these on the St. Andrew Websites where you will also find a PDF of the parish bulletin. St. Andrew Website

You can either go to the St. Andrew website and click the Donate button or Click Here

Finally, we need volunteers to spend time in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament for a minimum of one hour, Monday - Thursday, morning 9am - 3pm. Please call Mary in the Parish Office or Email Mary at

Sunday Mass
We are a Eucharistic people, and as Catholic Christians our Eucharistic celebrations represent "the source and summit" our life as a community. Sadly, we can no longer gather physically for mass, but we want to stay connecting spiritually in this most important way. Therefore, we will be recording Mass in our church every week and posting it on YouTube beginning at 9:30 AM Sunday morning (our "Unity Mass" time).  The link to the  Mass:  . To quickly access this Mass and future Masses or services, go to:  and click on  Weekly Mass Online.
We encourage you to tune in at that time, or later if needed, as a way for us all to be “united together” as a community, with Christ and one another. As always, we are encouraged to keep the Sabbath holy in other ways as well, through for example: personal and family prayer and reflection, and if possible, enjoying God's creation!
Mass Intentions
Mass Intentions will be honored each week.  Although there will not be any “public” Masses we will include your intentions at Masses celebrated throughout the pandemic.  After this Sunday, we will reserve the intentions for Sunday Masses at 9:30 AM on youtube*    for the  People of the Parish   We will honor individual Mass Intentions on Wednesdays and Thursdays by a private Mass said by Fr. Ron Zanoni on each of those days each week.  If you have any questions about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact Mary in the parish office during office hours.

Prayer and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
The church will be opened from 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Thursday.  We invite you to the church to spend time in prayer and Eucharistic Adoration.  We will use our ministry scheduling program to schedule at least one member of our parish to spend at least an hour in adoration with Jesus exposed in the monstrance for Eucharistic Adoration.  Jesus  must never  be left alone on these days and times when he will be exposed. If you are  not currently  a Liturgical Minister and would like to spend an hour with Jesus in Prayer and Eucharistic Adoration on one of these days and hours, please contact Mary in the Parish Office.  She will make sure you are included on the schedule.
Bishop Thomas is allowing us to open our churches for private devotional prayer, and we practice the prescribed “social distancing” of at least 6 feet, and no more than 10 people at a time.  However, the CDC and others are strongly recommending that not only those who are sick, but anyone over the age of 70 and/or whose health is compromised, should stay home.
Pray For
Becky Forky          Alicia Pardiñas          Peggy Bryant       Marlene Hamilton (O'Donnell's niece) Michael O'Donnell (O'Donnell's son)

Personal Prayer
We encourage everyone to spend extra time in personal prayer, scripture reading, and reflection.  Be aware of and praying for all those who are struggling during this time:  the sick and their families; our seniors; our homeless; health care workers; those who are losing their jobs; parents who are scrambling for day care for their children; and our children who may be experiencing anxiety through all of this.  Let’s be in prayer and solidarity with all of those affected and be ready to respond financially and materially as we can.  Finally, let us pray for our civic leaders and policy makers, that they make wise decisions for the good of all, especially caring for the poor and vulnerable among us.

Constant Contact

Giving during Coronavirus Pandemic
During this time since we won’t be able to “pass the basket,” you may mail your envelopes or donations directly to St. Andrew Catholic Community  (1399 San Felipe Dr., Boulder City NV 89005).   Another option is OnLine Giving.  It is convenient and secure and confidential.  It is flexible as you can start, stop and change your contributions at any time.  It is also simple with no need to contact your bank or the parish office  (unless you have a question) .  You can contribute using direct withdrawal or a credit card.
If you would like to use Online Giving to support St. Andrew, especially during this Coronavirus Pandemic, please go to our church website:   lick on Donate and create an account.  Or, consider an additional gift by logging-in to your account with your username and password .
Several of you called to ask about your CSA pledge cards.  Please send them directly to the diocese using the envelope addressed to The Roman Catholic Bishop of Las Vegas, Catholic Stewardship Appeal, P.O. Box 26239, Las Vegas NV 89126-0239.  Our name St. Andrew #12 is on the card which will credit your contribution to our parish.  Our 2020 goal for St. Andrew is $51, 673.00.  Once we have reached this goal, all funds raised above and beyond that goal are rebated back to the parish 100%.  We’ll let you know our progress, so far in next week’s bulletin.
Special Thank-you
Thank-you to the many generous donors who designated funds, time and/or talents during this time to:  outreach financially and materially for anyone in our community that may be affected by the Coronavirus, sponsor the Paschal Candle, replace the Italian Cypress lining our driveway, provide Spiritual Communion Prayer Cards for the homebound/hospitalized/care centers.., and post the Mass on youtube from St. Andrew for connecting us together as much as possible during this pandemic.
Outreach during the Pandemic
Our Communion Ministers to the Homebound have suspended their visits.  However, they will continue their ministry by reaching out by phone to those they are serving to see how each are doing, to pray with them, to reflect on scripture readings, and to lead them in a prayer of spiritual communion.
If you are certified volunteers (fingerprint background) and would like to be part of these ministries:
We can  write cards  to those in our assisted living homes and hospitalized in long term care who are prohibited from receiving any visitors at this time due to the coronavirus.  This includes residents in Mountain View Care Center, VA Home, Lakeview Terrace, Homestead, and Boulder City Hospital.
Contact: Linda Lysakowski at  or 702-580-1448.
Since we expect that many more of our own parishioners, while not necessarily sick, will be more confined to their homes, we will continue to outreach through a phone ministry team that will check on our homebound and elderly, offer comfort and companionship, and locate any needed assistance.
Contact: Deacon Tim at .
