The theme verse for this worship series is,
"I will remember the covenant between me and you and every living being, says God"
. The rainbow in the sky reminds us of that covenant – that God will not abandon human-kind – that God will always provide a way out of what seems like no possible way. This week we focus on the story of Job, from which came the cliché “the patience of Job.” Job universally represents humanity’s sufferings and life difficulties, along with the many questions that come as to why and where God’s presence is in the midst of it all. Job’s story and bold reactions are a lesson and a blessing for us all. Scripture: Job 42:10-17

Meditation Techniques with Rev. Naomi King
|
Rev. Naomi King has prepared several videos to address one's feelings during a pandemic crisis. For some the increased isolation means a lack of self-worth or a lack of purpose.
Each week, Rev. King has graciously prepared videos for SunCoast MCC's members and friends. These videos offer prayer, reflections and techniques to help deal with one's feelings of "fear," "anxiety," "isolation," and concerns about the future. Click on the following titles to watch this week's videos.
