Easter Series
Dare to Dance Again!
Dancing with Matt Videos
Self-proclaimed "bad dancer" Matt has made several videos. In this video, “bad dancer Matt", is shown learning all kinds of dance steps with people all over the world. What a wonderful testament to taking the time to learn about people who are different from you. When we dance with each other, we find a kind of connection like no other. Hate is not possible while dancing, I would venture to say.

“The synchrony involved in dancing to a beat along with other people is a powerful way for humans to connect.” Ginny Brown of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing agrees. “Dancing brings people into social space where they can work together on mutual enjoyable activity.
Video yourself and friends dancing a dance of joy! At the end of our Easter Series, we will put together your videos and share with our MCC families and friends to let the world know we Dance for Hope, Dance for Justice and Dance for Love!

Dare to Dance Again: Dancing Together with Saxophonist Eirrin Abu
|
Our Easter celebration will continue this week with Eirrin Abu who will be our guest speaker, sharing his testimony and beautiful music.
Note: Please support Eirrin’s ministry with a love offering to be collected on Sunday.
Eirinn Abu gives the saxophone a new voice and sound. His peers call him the instrumental version of Josh Groban or Andrea Bocelli. He has a new recording of the number one love song of all time, “I Will Always Love You” with guest artist Dolly Parton on his Forever In Love cd. His repertoire also includes spiritual classics like "Amazing Grace" and soulful love songs like "I Will Always Love You".
Eirinn Abu and his wife, Brandy, enjoy visiting churches to worship and praise and share God’s music with everyone. Eirinn Abu has now performed and shared his testimony on how God saved his life in over 1,000 churches in the last ten years. You can expect a very blessed and moving experience that will warm your heart and feel the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Weekly Offering
Thank you for your continued support and generosity, especially in light of these challenging times. Based on our monthly mortgage and expenses, we need $4,800 each week. For the weeks of March 21st and March 28th, we received $5807 for the General Fund and $1000 for Pillars.
Together, let’s keep our General Fund and Pillars accounts liquid.
*Funds the church's operating expenses (i.e., utilities, salaries, maintenance of property, worship/multi-media expenses, bank fees, internet, copier, office supplies, tithe, etc.)
**Funds the church's mortgage, insurance & taxes.
