IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
About the Compressor
Several weeks ago, the board made an announcement that everyone may not have heard.

We were very grateful for members of the church, this fall, who helped us raise all the funds ($3,000) for the compressor. Our first vendor was not able to do the job, and our second vendor recommended that we wait until next year to install the new compressor. We will install it sometime in 2022 and are grateful that the money is in our Building Fund to do just that, thank you again!
Celebrating Kwanzaa

Kwanzaa is an annual celebration of African-American culture that is held from December 26 to January 1, culminating in a community feast called Karamu, usually held on the 6th day. It was created by Maulana Karenga, based on African harvest festival traditions from various parts of Africa, including West and Southeast Africa. Kwanzaa was first celebrated in 1966.

SunCoast MCC Protocols for Onsite Worship
The Board of Directors regularly revisits the safety protocols in relation to COVID-19. We continue to monitor the local statistics and will make changes when possible.

While we are optimistic, we also want to remain cautious and phase in looser restrictions.

For now we will:
  • wear masks
  • use individual communion cups
  • have snacks after Worship outside on Sundays
  • greet each other from a distance and refrain from congregating in the building
  • be mindful of others when you greet them

The board wishes to thank all of you for your patience and cooperation in our approach to use caution.
