We have several things planned and a few surprises to honor and recognize the work she has done. We will have time to share with her how she has blessed us.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
About the Compressor
Several weeks ago, the board made an announcement that everyone may not have heard.

We were very grateful for members of the church, this fall, who helped us raise all the funds ($3,000) for the compressor. Our first vendor was not able to do the job, and our second vendor recommended that we wait until next year to install the new compressor. We will install it sometime in 2022 and are grateful that the money is in our Building Fund to do just that, thank you again!

Updated SunCoast MCC Protocols for Onsite Worship
During the December Board of Directors meeting, the members reviewed the current data and have developed the following UPDATED protocols.

The Board of Directors regularly revisits the safety protocols in relation to COVID-19.
We continue to monitor the local statistics and will make changes when possible.

1)  We will facilitate social distancing at indoor and outdoor gatherings (indoors, people will be encouraged to sit with people they feel comfortable sitting near, people can sit farther apart, ushers will help people who need it). Chairs will be further apart outside, in small clusters.

2) In order to attend indoor worship, you must be fully vaccinated.

3) Social hour after church has been suspended for two months, at which time we will review the situation.

4) We will offer one outdoor service per month - the first one will be January 9th, for Rev. Vickie's retirement celebration, so as to accommodate more people safely. (After that, the first Sunday of the month, and Easter Sunday).

5) Masks are required for indoor services.

6) Masks are required while walking to the outdoor worship area, and as you leave. If you feel comfortable, you may remove your mask during services that are held outside.
