New Worship Series

"KNOWN AND CALLED"

The Astrologers who studied the stars were led by a star to recognize the Son of Justice, the One from on High. It is that star, that light we are called to discover and follow. And, later, by the baptism of Jesus we are invited to cleanse ourselves in the waters of new life and hear the words from the heavens that we are beloved children of God. It is the light calling us to live as Christ taught and guides us. And, it is the waters of baptism that remind us we are claimed by God.

In the next few weeks, we will discover the depth of who Jesus is, and, thus, who we are called to be as his followers. We will discover how to be known as followers of Jesus and what identifies us so that others see an unmistakable likeness of Jesus in us.

Today, January 6th a team is needed to help clean and organize the Chapel.

Linda has asked for some semi-strong people to help in the Chapel.

They will start working at 9 AM.

This Sunday, January 8, 2023, is Pillars Sunday. Please consider an extra monthly donation designated for Pillars to help pay for our Mortgage.

Become a MORTGAGE ANGEL by donating $111 to cover our mortgage for 1 day/month.

Our current monthly mortgage payment is $3,366.55 and our mortgage is $469,000. Help pay it down.

If you would prefer to social distance during Church activities and Worship, signs are at the end of each row for you to place allowing you to feel comfortable. Ushers are also available on Sundays to help.
