Great Seeing You at the Drive-By Blessing

Despite the rain storms, we had about 30 family and friends who were able to attend the Drive-By Blessing. We miss you and were happy to see you. We collected many items for the animal rescues and shelters. Many thanks for your generosity.

To minimally cover the Church expenses during this time, we need approximately $6,000 weekly. For week ending May 31, 2020, we collected $1,862.00 for General Fund and $1,015.00 for Pillars.

Reopen Team Update

As Florida state entered Phase II of reopening, the Pastors and the Board continue to assess the situation (month-to-month). We recognize that your safety is our top priority. During June, we will continue to host virtual worship on Sundays, as well, as continue to hold meetings, programs and classes using Zoom.

The Reopen team is evaluating all options and protocols for holding drive-by blessings, small gatherings and for the eventual reopening for worship services in the future. As you know, the protocols may change and will evolve over time. Please become familiar with some of the key protocols we are following at this time. They include:

Monitoring reports by state officials, CDC and health officials on the progression of the virus
Maintaining 6 feet distance (about 2 arms' length)
Wearing masks that cover the mouth and nose
Using hand sanitizer and hand washing (for at least 20 seconds)
Regular cleaning and disinfecting of the Church
Avoiding large Church gatherings
Creating "one-way routes" in hallways and for entering and exiting the Church (in process)
Formalizing social distancing guidelines (in process)
Encouraging everyone to stay connected with others (phone calls, video chat and social media)
