Happy NEW YEAR!
We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season!

We are so thankful for our town who continues to support the weekly food distribution! In order to accommodate the traffic and flow for our weekly times, we are moving again.
You will find us at the Aspen Golf Course off of HWY 82.

The new site offers safe space for people to drive through and pick up our great food - a combination of perishable and non-perishable items - (and diapers), without disrupting the activities of the Aspen Cross Country Center.

  • Access to the Aspen Golf Club can be obtained by turning at the Truscott Place traffic light on Highway 82.
  • The free RFTA Burlingame bus provides extremely convenient access. Walk-up food pickup, including by the residents of the Truscott housing, is always welcomed and our distribution site is right next to the bike path.

Anyone who lives and works in the Aspen area, and can use some additional food assistance and diapers may attend. There is NO stigma in coming for some extra food help, and we, and our volunteers are extremely friendly and welcoming.

For anyone quarantining or unable to pick up food for any reason, delivery is possible: Please call 970-205 7025 and leave a clear message with your name and number BEFORE Wednesday.

Our thanks to the City of Aspen, to the Aspen Cross Country Center and Ute Mountaineer for their generous support in making this space available each Wednesday, from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Aspen Chapel for their hospitality while we were there!

If your family's financial circumstances have changed this year because of COVID, please consider applying for Free or Reduced school lunch. If you qualify, and even if your child prefers not to eat school lunch, certain school fees for supplies or activities, will be waived.
DON’T FORGET THE SAFETY NET!
We encourage all families who may be having a difficult financial time because of COVID, to think about some of the ways you can make smart decisions and get extra help.
