Do you ever feel like a sensible loafer in a high-heeled world? Do you long to wear strappy sandals but god has called you to tennis shoe tasks? Do you ever feel like one of the stepsisters trying to squeeze your feet into Cinderella's sandals?

• Discover the joy that comes from finding God's will for our lives.
• Find comfort in wearing shoes that fit.
• Get excited about serving God in unexpected ways.

Bring a pair of shoes & use those shoes to tell a great story. Bring a snack to share for Friday night, no dinner will be served. Come Friday to create relationships, share memories and have so much laughter.

Service project: Bring gently used or new shoes to give to the YWCA Women's shelter or regular sized shampoo or body wash.

Camp Haven Volunteer Application June 7-11, 2026  

Be part of something life-changing! Camp Haven at Camp Farwesta is looking for amazing volunteers to help create a week full of fun, healing, and unforgettable memories for kids ages 8-12 who’ve experienced the loss of a parent or sibling.

There are so many ways you can get involved:

•  Lead activities
•  Lifeguard or help with lakeside fun
•  Support at the lake
•  Be a camp counselor
•  Serve as a nurse
•  Help in the kitchen

…and more!

Whether you can volunteer for the whole week or just one day, we’d love to have you!

All volunteers must complete a background check and Youth Worker Certification to ensure a safe environment for the kids we’re serving.
