Show Your BK LOVE!
This Wednesday, March 13 is going to be a very special day at Bishop Kelly and we hope you will be a part of it! We call it One Day One Knight and it's BK’s ‘24-hour day of giving’ inviting all BK alumni, parents and grandparents, family and friends, faculty and staff, and supporters from around the world to make an online gift to BK. Gifts from our community help strengthen our Mission of educating and developing the whole student in the Catholic tradition - Spirit, Mind and Body. Celebrate why we LOVE and support BK, and spread the word via social media. Share the excitement and don't miss out in the fun!

BK2020 Vision Campaign
In conjunction with our 2015-2020 Strategic Plan, Bishop Kelly launched the second capital campaign effort in the school’s 55-year history in 2014: the BK2020 Vision Campaign. BK2020 Vision is focused on fulfilling our mission "to educate and develop the whole student in the Catholic tradition – Spirit, Mind and Body" - and realizing our vision of "a Catholic community achieving excellence in learning, service and life".

The goals for BK2020 Vision Phase 1 were: the East classroom wing, the Fraser Library renovation/expansion, the Harrison Tennis Complex and parking lot expansion, the LaMott Family Performance Training Center renovation, and the BK Lacrosse practice wall. BK2020 Vision Phase 2 was launched in 2016 and the goals were: the Father Wilson Science and Technology Wing and Bishop Kelly Foundation endowment growth. All of these additions and improvements to the school were possible only because of the incredibly generous community whose belief in Catholic education and Bishop Kelly ensures that we are able to serve current and future Treasure Valley families.

We are now embarking on Phase 3 of our BK2020 Vision. Based on stakeholder feedback and our team's analysis, our top four priorities for Phase 3 are:
  • Kitchen remodel and Cafeteria expansion
  • Performing Arts - making the "Reg" a Performing Arts Center
  • Athletic Infrastructure - softball, soccer/lacrosse and Ysursa Field
  • Spiritual Space - creating an outdoor space

We are currently in the process of developing specific design plans and estimated costs and beginning to solicit funds. We intend to begin construction this summer on the projects needing immediate attention and that need to be done during the summer break.

Here is how these projects lay out over the next two to three years:
Finally, here is a photo of the impact BK2020 Vision Phase 1 and Phase 2 have made and what Phase 3 will do in the coming two to three years to our campus:
