Staying on Top During a Crisis?
There is no time like the present to evaluate your business preparedness during a crisis. Are you able to quickly move your operation from a brick and mortar setting to a remote location(s)? What things can you start doing now that will ensure you can move more quickly the next time a crisis abounds?
Some of you have prepared, and that is fantastic! But if this has taken you off-guard, think about setting up a contingency plan if you are unable to do business in your present location. Ask yourself some of these questions; What would my business look like without a storefront? Who are my key team players? What systems do I have, or need to have in place, to continue to get products or services into the hands of my customers?
Do an online search for contingency plans. Some states even have online resources for contingency plans in case of disaster. Use that information to help you build your plan. Get started now if you haven't already.
We here at MMD, pray for each and every one of you and your families to remain healthy and gainfully employed during this challenging time.
