We know that you are all hearing headlines about business closures right now. Our hearts go out to all those who are impacted by these closures, and we encourage everyone to take Governor Scott's "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order seriously. We need each of you to do your part every day to stop the spread of the virus, protect the most vulnerable in our communities, and help our front-line healthcare workers.
Our work on essential services critical to keeping our communities going will continue, and we are still hiring as planned for spring. We are staying in contact with all of our customers, and as you know, we are making all necessary changes to our operations to ensure that we are working safely. You will hear from your manager this week about a new requirement to carry a card in your vehicle to show your status as an essential services worker.
We are looking forward to our spring projects, and to continuing our important work in the community.

Featured Project - Lebanon Demolition
|
|
In progress right now in Lebanon, NH is the former public works garage demolition.
- Start Date: March 18, 2020
- Scheduled Completion Date: April 24, 2020
- Project Manager: Jake Robinson
- Superintendent: Charles Wadleigh
- Foreman: John Wallek
We were contracted by The City of Lebanon to demolish 3 buildings that made up the former Public Works Garage. The project consists of a brick garage, a modular office building, and a salt shed.
Metal, masonry and concrete will be separated and recycled; C&D will go to Casella Waste. As part of this project, we will be removing and disposing of 3 abandoned underground storage tanks and about 500 tons of contaminated soil from the site.
Great job on this project, and thank you to everyone for your hard work!

Continuing Safety Measures
|
|
As we gear up for our busy season, here's what you can do to help stop the spread of the coronavirus:
- If you have fever or are sick do not come to work. Contact your health care provider if you need immediate care. Self-isolate until fever-free for 24 hours and contact your manager before returning.
- If you have been exposed to a patient who is COVID-19 positive or awaiting a test, please alert your manager and stay home.
- Personal Preparedness: We understand that schools and day cares are closed. Every employee who may be affected by a school or day care closure should be developing a personal contingency plan now. Do you have friends, neighbors, or parents that could help? We encourage you to communication with your manager about any concerns that you may have.
- Practice excellent hand hygiene, cough and sneeze etiquette, and maintain social distance.

Coming Soon: Multi-Factor Authentication
|
|
Some necessary changes to our operations during this time have included a good number of us working from home. Please be assured that we are prepared to continue operating our administrative functions essentially as normal. You will still be able to call the office, and we will be ready to help!
With this change, we want to make sure our information and our systems are safe and secure.
We will be incorporating Duo Security as a multi-factor authentication
solution to improve our security for increased protection against attacks that may exploit stolen usernames and passwords.
Our IT department can always be reached at
