Cooking Your Holiday Turkey

Co-owner Morgan Weber and Revival Chef de Cuisine Vincent Huynh demonstrate different methods to cook your holiday bird and the best way to carve your roasted turkey. Learn how to make a smooth, rich pan gravy and take home recipes for some other holiday side dishes.    

Class attendees will receive 15% off their holiday turkey purchase at Revival. 


Charcuterie & Wine: an informative cocktail party

Wine Director Jeb Stuart and Butcher & Charcutier Andrew Vaserfirer host this informal and informative evening showcasing the laid back style of entertaining the Revival way. Guests will enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres plus meats from three Revival salumi stations -- all paired with wines hand picked by Jeb for their food friendly nature and their value.  End your evening with some bite sized sweets paired with a dessert friendly wine, all while gaining  valuable tips about entertaining in your own home from the Agricole Hospitality staff.  


Holiday Pie Baking   NEW DATE ADDED

Due to its popularity, we've added this second holiday baking class with Pastry Chef Alyssa Dole. Learn how to make a pie,  including making and rolling out the dough, creating different pie crust tops and mixing up holiday fillings. . Alyssa will also share her tips and techniques and send you home with  recipes. 

Our demonstration classes are limited to 12 students and all classes require a reservation.
