April HOA Assessments Due |

Residents, HOA assessments are billed quarterly and are due in January, April, July, and October. Account statements for April should have arrived in your mailbox.
How to Pay Assessments
There are a variety of different payment options available to you, including online payments, direct debit, electronic checks, and credit card payments. To find a complete list of payment options and instructions, click here or use the button below.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to:
- Your association account balance
- Links for online payments and eStatement sign-up
- Self-service billing address and contact information changes
- And more important community information

Failure to maintain lawns is one of the most common community standards violations, and one of the easiest to avoid!
As a reminder, it is each lot owner's responsibility to keep their yard free of weeds, mowed/edged, and well maintained.
As stated in the Steele Creek Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10, owners of each lot have the responsibility of keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.

We'll have Easter egg hunts for all ages, a bounce house, egg relay races, and photos with the Easter Bunny.

Start your Saturday morning with fresh air and good company at our Outdoor Yoga Class. This class will be taught by a Steele Creek resident, who is certified yoga instructor! Join us Saturday, April 23rd at 9:00 A.M. for resident taught yoga, light bites, and a tea tasting from 1103 Nutrition!
This will be a beginners yoga class with no prior experience needed. Please bring your own mat!

Join your HOA team for a Spring Cleaning info session to discuss tips, tricks, and best practices to care for your home and maintain property values. We'll have snacks/drinks for those attending in person and Spring Cleaning Gift Baskets for anyone who RSVPs.
This info session will also be streamed via Facebook Live on our Steele Creek Life Facebook page for those who prefer to attend virtually.
