AMENITY CENTER UPDATE
Residents,

As many in the community know, D.R. Horton has been diligently working with the contractors of the Amenity Center to ensure that the standards and timeline are met. For the best interest of the community, D.R. Horton, as of April 1, 2022, has removed Amenity Solutions as the general contractor building the Steele Creek Amenity Center. 
 
DR Horton is actively working to hire a new general contractor and expect the full resumption of construction to occur within 3-4 weeks. D.R. Horton and CCMC are hoping that the change in contractor will result in a quicker and more consistent building process for the residents of Steele Creek.
 
CCMC is working closely with D.R. Horton and will notify the community of construction updates as soon as we receive them. Please allow us this time for the transition and any questions you may have, please email to BJames@CCMCnet.com.
