AT&T Easement Work Residents, Just a quick heads up; AT&T will be out at Steele Creek the week of July 18th and will be working within their easements.

Steele Creek Rentable Outdoor Water Toys Bring the HOA summer fun to your backyard by checking out one of our Rentable Outdoor Water Toys! We currently have 8 water inflatables that are available for residents to check out (free of charge) to use at home for a few days! Only one water toy can be checked out per family at a time. We ask that all equipment be picked up from the HOA office and be returned in good condition. We will sanitize all toys/equipment between rentals! Available rental dates for each toy are subject to change - we may need them for a few events throughout the rest of the summer. Pickrell Park Pool Party We currently only have 3 families RSVP'd for Sunday's Pickrell Park Private Pool Party. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel if we don't have enough attendees. If you are planning on attending, we ask that you please RSVP in the next 24 hours before we give the final headcount to Pickrell Park! Thank you!

Kona Ice - HAPPENING NOW UNTIL 7 P.M. Date: TODAY, July 12th Time: Now - 7:00 P.M. Where: Steele Creek Model Home Come out to the model home before 7 P.M. for a sweet treat! Kona Ice will be out serving shaved ice. Your HOA team will be paying for up to 100 of the 12 oz. Klassic Konas! Make sure to stop by for a free shaved ice, on us!

Tie Dye & Waterslides Date: Thursday, July 14th Time: 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Where: Two Story Model Home Join us for tie dye DIY, a waterslide, and food on Thursday, July 14th from 6-8 P.M. All ages (adults included) are welcome to come tie dye with us! All supplies will be provided.

Pool Party at Pickrell Park Pool Date: Sunday, July 17th Time: 7:30 P.M. - 9:30 P.M.  Where: Pickrell Park Pool It's time for an offsite adventure, Steele Creek!! Field Trip with us over to Pickrell Park Pool on Sunday, July 17th from 7:30 - 9:30 P.M. for a private pool party! Food will be provided. Please note, residents are responsible for their own transportation to/from the pool. Some rules from Pickrell Park Pool to note: Nobody under the age of 6 is allowed in the pool unless accompanied in the water by an adult at all times. A quick swim test will be conducted for all of those ages 7 - 16 upon arrival. No glass, please! If you are planning on attending, please RSVP to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so I can provide a headcount to Pickrell Park in advance. Thank you!
