RESIDENT REMINDERS
Valiant Valley Road Closure 3/31 - 4/3
Residents,

Thursday, March 31st through Sunday, April 3rd, a section of Valiant Valley starting at the model homes and ending at the stop sign on Town Creek Way will be closed off for road repairs. The model homes and parking lot will remain open during this time.

If you usually travel through the affected area on your way in/out of the community, you will need to take a short detour from Lance Crossing to the second round about and then Knights Crossing to the entrance/exit.

Attached is a map of the area that will be closed off and the alternate entrance/exit route. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Community Manager, Beth, at bjames@ccmcnet.com.

Looking to do some spring cleaning? Sign up to participate in our first ever Community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 9th from 8 A.M. - 2 P.M.

Use the button below to fill out our Garage Sale Sign-Up Form and we'll publicly publish your garage sale listing on Facebook, the E-Newsletter, and Google Maps! You can choose any start/end time between the hours of 8 A.M. - 2 P.M. 

Goodwill Home Pickup will be coming through the community at the end of the garage sale (around 2 P.M.) to pickup any unsold items that you wish to donate!

Easter Eggstravaganza
Date: Saturday, April 16th
Time: 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Where: Steele Creek Model Home Backyards

Hop hop hop on over to the Steele Creek Model Homes on April 16th for an Easter Eggstravaganza!

We'll have Easter egg hunts for all ages, a bounce house, egg relay races, and photos with the Easter Bunny.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA

We need VOLUNTEERS to make our Easter Eggstravaganza happen! We need:
  • 2 or more volunteers to assist with distributing/hiding eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt after each age group session is completed
  • One Egg-cellent volunteer to be the Easter Bunny for photos. Costume (and a $50 VISA gift card as a THANK YOU) will be provided.

Outdoor Yoga
Date: Saturday, April 23rd
Time: 9:00 A.M. - 10:30 A.M.
Where: Steele Creek Model Home Backyard

Start your Saturday morning with fresh air and good company at our Outdoor Yoga Class. This class will be taught by a Steele Creek resident, who is certified yoga instructor! Join us Saturday, April 23rd at 9:00 A.M. for resident taught yoga, light bites, and some refreshing drinks!

This will be a beginners yoga class with no prior experience needed. Please bring your own mat!
Spring Cleaning Info Session
Date: Tuesday, April 19th
Time: 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Where: Steele Creek Two-Story Model Home/Facebook Live

Join your HOA team for a Spring Cleaning info session to discuss tips, tricks, and best practices to care for your home and maintain property values. We'll have snacks/drinks for those attending in person and Spring Cleaning Gift Baskets for anyone who RSVPs.

This info session will also be streamed via Facebook Live on our Steele Creek Life Facebook page for those who prefer to attend virtually.
