RESIDENT REMINDERS
Happy Earth Day!
Happy Earth Day, Steele Creek! We should focus on taking care of our planet every day. Here are three easy things you can do protect our Earth:

  • Unplug your electronics when they're not in use to save energy.

  • Conserve water by taking shorter showers and turning off the faucet while brushing your teeth.

  • Reduce, reuse, and recycle: cut down on what you throw away to help conserve landfill space!
Tomorrow's Yoga Moved Indoors!
Rain or shine, tomorrow's yoga class is still on! The class will now be held inside of the two-story model home.

See you tomorrow, April 23rd, at 9 A.M. for resident-taught yoga, snacks, and tea from 1103 Nutrition!
Community/Lawn Maintenance

Good news, everyone! We have a mow team that will be working to clean up behind fence lines throughout the coming weeks.

We ask that you work with us to keep our community looking beautiful! As a reminder, it is each lot owner's responsibility to keep their yard free of weeds, mowed/edged, and well maintained.

As stated in the Steele Creek Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10, owners of each lot have the responsibility of keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.

Thank you!
