If not installed during building by D.R. Horton, the addition of gutters requires an ACC Request Form to be sent to the Community Manager. The application MUST be approved before installation.

Sprinklers
Be sure to run your sprinklers at least 2-3 times per week, even in the winter when the grass goes dormant. This is not only for lawn maintenance, but for foundation maintenance as well!

Guadalupe County Election Voting Information
THIS Monday, January 31st, is the last day to register to vote in Guadalupe County.
Early voting will take place from February 14-25. The only early voting location in Cibolo is at:
Cibolo Fire Station #2
3864 Cibolo Valley Dr.

Interested in making changes to your home? |
Every homeowner must submit an ACC Request to the Community Manager before making any modifications to the exterior of their home including but not limited to:
- Painting the exterior or trim
- New front door or screen
- Redesign or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
- Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
- Adding a secondary structure
- Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
- Any exterior changes not approved in the Development Area Declaration
ACC Requests need to be submitted before any modification is to be made. To submit an ACC Request, send a completed application and a copy of your plat map to the Community Manager at bkill@ccmcnet.com.
