Lawn Maintenance
We've noticed quite a few lawns looking out of compliance with community standards and would like to remind you the importance of keeping yards well maintained.

As a reminder, it is each lot owner's responsibility to keep their yard free of weeds, mowed/edged, and well maintained.

As stated in the Steele Creek Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10, owners of each lot have the responsibility of keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.

Failure to maintain lawns is one of the most common community standards violations and can result in notices and fines.

Let's all do our part keep our community looking beautiful and keep property values up! We greatly appreciate your help!
