Amenity Center Update
Our community centers are developed by D.R. Horton and then handed off to a General Contracting Company for the site construction, buildings and infrastructure. Unfortunately, the General Contractor on the Steele Creek Community build had fallen short on his commitment to D.R. Horton and our homeowners. We have been working with a new General Contracting company to pick up the Steele Creek Community project. We are working hard to get the new General Contactor up and running as well as going over all of the necessary details and complexities involved in today’s commercial construction.
At this time, we do not have a defined completion date. However, we can assure you that we are working to resolve and complete the Amenity Center for Steele Creek as soon as possible.
The new General Contractor agreement has been signed and we expect mobilization to begin next week as soon as the permitting change has been approved by The City of Cibolo. We appreciate your time and patience as we resolve this matter.

Community Standards Reminder
We've noticed a few homes with easy-to-fix community standards violations. Here are a few friendly reminders of ways that we can keep our community looking beautiful, maintain property values, and comply with community standards:

It is each lot owner's responsibility to keep their yard free of weeds, mowed/edged, and well maintained. This includes trimming weeds around water meters and electrical boxes!

Trash Bins must be put away the day after trash has been collected and stored in your garage, behind your fence, or in an HOA approved trash corral and out of public view.

Portable basketball goals may be used in unfenced yards and on private driveways during periods of active play. When not in use, basketball goals must be stored in the garage or backyard and out of sight.

Irrigation Repairs
Residents, just a quick heads up; we are currently working on irrigation repairs on the main stretch to fix leaks. Water may be running at odd times over the next few weeks. Thank you!

Steele Creek Rentable Outdoor Water Toys
Bring the HOA summer fun to your backyard by checking out one of our Rentable Outdoor Water Toys! We currently have 8 water inflatables that are available for residents to check out (free of charge) to use at home for a few days!
Only one water toy can be checked out per family at a time. We ask that all equipment be picked up from the HOA office and be returned in good condition. We will sanitize all toys/equipment between rentals!
Available rental dates for each toy are subject to change - we may need them for a few events throughout the rest of the summer.

Interested in making changes to your home? |
Every homeowner must submit an ACC Request to the Community Manager before making any modifications to the exterior of their home including but not limited to:
- Painting the exterior or trim
- New front door or screen
- Redesign or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
- Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
- Adding a secondary structure
- Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
- Any exterior changes not approved in the Development Area Declaration
ACC Requests need to be submitted before any modification is to be made. To submit an ACC Request, send a completed application and a copy of your plat map to the Community Manager at bjames@ccmcnet.com.

Food Truck will begin serving around 5 P.M. Games, and drinks will be out starting at 8:00 P.M. The foam party will begin roughly around 8:30 when the sun goes down. We will have a Quiet Zone available inside the model home!
