RESIDENT REMINDERS
Steele Splash Bash Road Closure

We will be closing off the cul-de-sac area of Steele Rapids in front of the model homes for tomorrow's Steele Splash Bash. If you usually travel through the affected area on your way in/out of the community, you will need to take a short detour from Lance Crossing to the second round about and then Knights Crossing to the entrance/exit. A map of the road closure and alternate route can be found below. The model home parking lot will still be accessible.

Street Sweeping This Sunday

We have supplemental street sweeping coming out to Steele Creek this Sunday, June 5th. They will begin roughly around 7 P.M., but could start earlier or later, and will finish around 9 P.M.

Please remember that vehicles CANNOT be parked in the street and must be moved for the duration of the street sweeper visit.

We recommend having all vehicles out of the street by 6 P.M. Thank you!
Steele Summer of Fun Resident Input

We are working to plan as many summer water-related activities and social events as we can, which will be directly funded by a substantial D.R. Horton subsidy while we are waiting on Amenity Center completion.

We would love homeowner feedback on what lifestyle events YOU would like to see happen this summer! Please send us your summer wish list and we will work to make this the best summer EVER!

Please feel free to reach out to your Community Manager, Beth (BJames@ccmcnet.com) or Lifestyle Director, Marisa (MYanez@ccmcnet.com or 210-557-4248) with any questions/suggestions about summer lifestyle events!
