Sprinklers
Be sure to run your sprinklers at least 2-3 times per week, even in the winter when the grass goes dormant. This is not only for lawn maintenance, but for foundation maintenance as well!
|
|
|
|
Weeds
As we begin transitioning into the Spring season (yay!), please remember to be mindful of keeping your yard free of weeds. As stated in the Steele Creek Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10, owners of each lot have the responsibility of keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.
Thank you for helping to keep our community looking gorgeous!

Winter Weather Tips & Tricks |
Winter weather is headed our way! Be prepared and remember to protect the four Ps:
- Pipes: Insulate/cover pipes and allow faucets to slowly drip to prevent them from freezing.
- Pets: Bring pets inside to keep them safe and healthy.
- Plants: Bring potted plants inside. Outdoor plants can be covered with a cloth fabric.
- People: Keep warm and dress in layers. Check on your elderly family and neighbors.
