Road construction will begin this Monday, March 28th. The contractor will be fixing up the roads in units 1 & 2, the built out areas of Steele Creek.
Road construction is being performed by the original contractor per the warranty agreement.
See the images below for a map of the roads that they will be restoring.

Now that Spring is in full swing, please remember to keep your yard free of weeds. As stated in the Steele Creek Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10, owners of each lot have the responsibility of keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.

Interested in making changes to your home? |
Every homeowner must submit an ACC Request to the Community Manager before making any modifications to the exterior of their home including but not limited to:
- Painting the exterior or trim
- New front door or screen
- Redesign or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
- Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
- Adding a secondary structure
- Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
- Any exterior changes not approved in the Development Area Declaration
ACC Requests need to be submitted before any modification is to be made. To submit an ACC Request, send a completed application and a copy of your plat map to the Community Manager at bkill@ccmcnet.com.

Goodwill Home Pickup will be coming through the community at the end of the garage sale (around 2 P.M.) to pickup any unsold items that you wish to donate!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA
We need VOLUNTEERS to make our Easter Eggstravaganza happen! We need:
- 2 or more volunteers to assist with distributing/hiding eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt after each age group session is completed

One Egg-cellent volunteer to be the Easter Bunny for photos (costume provided) ** WE WILL NEED A RESIDENT VOLUNTEER OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE AN EASTER BUNNY!
