Failure to maintain lawns is one of the most common community standards violations, and one of the easiest to avoid!
As a reminder, it is each lot owner's responsibility to keep their yard free of weeds, mowed/edged, and well maintained.
As stated in the Steele Creek Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10, owners of each lot have the responsibility of keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.

Interested in making changes to your home? |
Every homeowner must submit an ACC Request to the Community Manager before making any modifications to the exterior of their home including but not limited to:
- Painting the exterior or trim
- New front door or screen
- Redesign or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
- Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
- Adding a secondary structure
- Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
- Any exterior changes not approved in the Development Area Declaration
ACC Requests need to be submitted before any modification is to be made. To submit an ACC Request, send a completed application and a copy of your plat map to the Community Manager at bjames@ccmcnet.com.

Waves of Honor Program

In honor of Military Appreciation Month, SeaWorld San Antonio is offering free one-day admission to U.S. military veterans and their families until May 15th, 2022.
Eligible U.S. military veterans and retirees can register for complimentary single-day tickets for themselves and up to three dependents before May15th at www.WavesofHonor.com. After registering, all tickets must be redeemed by July 10th. Service members and their direct dependents must have a valid, active military ID to participate.
The Waves of Honor program also permits any U.S. active duty military one complimentary admission per year to either SeaWorld San Antonio for military personnel and as many as three direct dependents.
