Dear Steele Families,
We had our 6th Stallion Stampede on Monday and read the book, The Boy Who Cried Wolf by B.G Hennessy. Here is what we talked about in our class discussions:
Big Idea:
- Why is it important to tell the truth?
- Focus Questions:
- What are the benefits of telling the truth?
- How would a day at school be different if no one had to be honest?
- If you weren’t honest, how could you fix it?
Thanks for continuing these conversations at home!
Also note that report cards will be available in the Parent Portal today. Login to see your child's progress.

Holi Festival
Come join our students and teachers as we celebrate Holi on the Steele playground on Friday, March 18th at 2:30pm. Holi (pronounced wholy) is an ancient Indian spring festival that celebrates love, color and the triumph of good over evil. This is our second annual event as our first event was so successful and loved by the students and staff. Send your student to school in a t-shirt you don’t mind getting very messy (preferably white). Parents are welcome to join in the fun as well!
