Now Playing!

May 25 - July 1

Even as Mary Goodman, a woman of the 'greatest generation' is mourning the loss of her husband, her daughter Deborah is encouraging her to end her period of mourning and move on with a new independence. In a series of scenes between Mary, Deborah, and Mary's mother, Bessie, Mary reflects back on her life as a daughter, wife and mother. Three actresses play the three women over the course of sixty-five years, and as we see Mary's life progress from childhood to matrimony to motherhood, we begin to understand how each successive generation of women lives up to the expectations of the past and makes brave new choices about the future.

Comedy, romance, and music. Set this delightful combination together in the stylish Parisian nightlife of the 1930s and 'voila' - you have the sophisticated and appealing musical  Victor/Victoria

Victoria Grant is a penniless soprano, totally down on her luck when she meets Carroll Todd (Toddy), who takes her under his wing and offers her shelter on a wet, wintry night. Toddy, who is also unemployed, comes up with what he considers an inspired idea: with him as her manager, Victoria will pretend to be a man, and get a job singing as a female impersonator. It all goes according to plan until Chicago 'business man' King Marchan arrives on the scene and finds himself attracted to 'Count Victor Grazinski'.

Winner of the Tony "Triple Crown" for Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book,  Avenue Q is part flesh, part felt and packed with heart. Filled with gut-busting humor and a delightfully catchy score, not to mention puppets, this is a truly unique show that has quickly become a favorite for audiences everywhere. Although the show addresses humorous adult issues, it is similar to a beloved children's show; a place where puppets are friends, Monsters are good, and life lessons are learned.   Avenue Q has been called the 'funniest dirty musical, or the 'dirtiest funny musical' ever! (Parental guidance advised).

Into the Woods, the multi-award-winning (Tony Awards, Drama Desk Awards, Olivier Awards) musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine, skillfully interweaves several classic fairy tales into one epic story that shows what happens when things get real in the fairy-tale world.

Sondheim and Lapine's tale involves a baker and his wife who, unable to have the children they so badly desire, agree to complete a number of "errands" for a witch who promises to grant them their wish if they're successful. During their journey, they encounter Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, Cinderella and Jack (of Beanstalk notoriety) - each of whom has their own wish. All the storybook characters discover that wishes granted often come with a hefty price.
