The following interest rate change is effective for Step Up loans reserved on or after February 16, 2021: FHA to 3.50% from 3.00% Conventional <80 AMI to 3.75% from 3.25% Conventional >80 AMI to 4.25% from 3.875% Please visit Lender Online for loan reservations.
