As Dolly Says "Here We Go Again"

The highly anticipated High School Redistricting maps are nearly here... and potentially are already here? Several versions of maps people are claiming are the maps have been making the rounds in group chats and neighborhood online groups. It has not been confirmed if any of these are THE maps, so if you want the real thing... the draft maps will be presented to the public on Monday, September 29 at 6p at Coffman High School and 7:30p at Jerome High School. Feedback and comments about the proposed maps will be accepted from 9/29 until 10/12 and the finalized maps will be presented to the Board of Education on 11/10. If you'd like to see the presentation the Cropper GIS (the company contracted to do the redistricting) gave in August, check it out here.

If you're interested in getting immediate updates from the meeting, let me know here and I'll make sure I send you my notes immediately, otherwise I'll update next Thursday.

"The Most Famous Of All Presidents Named Millard"

I was walking through historic Downtown Dublin with my kids the other day and this little green sign placed very unassumingly in front of a building caught my eye. Have you seen these yet? There are currently 19 signs throughout Historic Dublin teaching passers-by about the buildings and their early lives. If you're a history geek, definitely spend some time stolling around looking at these! Click here for a map of all the destinations.

Treehouse Living

Today I'm here to tell you about a truly exceptional property tucked into a very private lot overlooking the Scioto River. The moment you walk into this home, you feel like you're truly in the trees far away from everyone and yet you're literally just a little over a mile from the library. 4340 Manor Court E is just that amazing.

The lot this home is on is breathtaking. The front yard has a stream and waterfall and the views of the river from the multi-level deck are insane. Inside there are 4 bedrooms spread throughout the three levels, a solarium, and so much potential for $1,675,000. For all the details and pictures, you're going to want to click here.

And if this one might be the one, drop me a line and let's take a private tour.

Steph's Pro Tip

Curb appeal counts year-round! Even just laying some fresh mulch down (even in the fall/winter) subconsciously communicates to buyers a well cared-for home. And one study says fresh mulch can yield as much as 126% ROI! If you need a super inexpensive source for great mulch, let me know. I got you!

'Til next week!
