The Stephen Klein Wellness Center, designed by Brawer & Hauptman, Architects for Project HOME and built by Intech Construction is a finalist in the 3rd Annual Willard G. Rouse Awards for Excellence presented by the Urban Land Institute. The state-of-the-art center provides primary healthcare services, dental and behavioral health care to the underserved local residents and to the homeless.The building also includes a pharmacy and a YMCA.
The winners will be announced live on June 15 at The Ballroom at The Ben in Center City Philadelphia.
