Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone
Digital Rochester hosts Women's Leadership Roundtable
Rochester, NY - On October 24, 2017 Digital Rochester's Women in Technology Special Interest Group (SIG) will host a Women's Leadership Roundtable at Constellation Brands featuring past Technology Woman of the Year nominees. The event will be most beneficial for women in technical roles, people in roles that support technology and anyone considering a change in their life. 

Event attendees will enjoy an ice breaker on personality styles led by Garland Nichols and hear from Dawn DePerrior, VP, Infrastructure and Operations at Constellation Brands, who will introduce the topic "Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone." A community panel will share their stories and then address questions about stepping outside of their comfort zones, including how they approached it, what worked out the way they planned, what surprises they faced along the way and what recommendations they have for someone embarking on a similar journey.

Following the panelists' presentations, there will be time for audience questions and open networking.
