MLS PIN cares deeply for its customers and knows this is a very challenging time for you and your businesses. We want to share some information that may be helpful to you during this pandemic and today’s update from Governor Baker.

Customer Support Remains Open

MLS PIN staff are working remotely at this point until April 8; however, please be assured that we are set-up so that our services will continue and will handle customer calls and emails during our regular support hours, including evenings and weekends. All walk-in services at the MLS PIN office in Shrewsbury are closed until further notice. You can reach our customer care at 800-695-3000 or  [email protected] . Our complete support hours can be found  HERE .

Ongoing Webinars Scheduled

We have canceled all in-person training classes and have also canceled all in-office visits. Customers can watch the Pinergy homepage and direct emails for ongoing webinar offerings. These webinars are on the Schedule & Registration page of our corporate website HERE as well. Once you register for a webinar, you will also receive a recording of the webinar after its completion so that you can view it as much as you’d like at your convenience.

MAR Federal, State, and Local Government Updates

We encourage all of our customers to watch the updates from the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® found  HERE  and also posted on the Pinergy homepage. This microsite will be updated daily with up-to-date information on changing actions by the Federal, State, and local governments with their responses to COVID-19 to help you and your clients. MLS PIN will continue to post its helpful information on the Pinergy homepage as well.

NAR Guidelines for Open Houses and
MLS PIN Temporary Rules Change For Allowing Virtual Showings

Pinergy currently shows there are approximately 265 open houses for a total of 93 listings. Please refer to the National Association of REALTORS® Open House Guidance during COVID-19  HERE . We strongly encourage all of our customers to cancel their in-person open houses and showings and to consider the temporary rule change  HERE  that MLS PIN put in place last week for allowing virtual showings in response to the State of Emergency.

Your needs during this time are very important to us. We are here to assist you, and like you, we look forward to putting this all behind us soon. On behalf of all of us at MLS PIN, be safe, and be well.
