Living Tips - Changes in Diet Can Change Your Life
One of the best-kept secrets of medicine is that the body can heal itself IF we create the right conditions inside our bodies. So what are the right conditions? It all comes down to chemistry. There are only two sides to chemistry: acid and alkaline. Acids are corrosive and degenerative, causing inflammation, weakened cells and symptoms of pain and dis-ease. Alkalines are regenerative, restorative, and astringent helping our bodies heal, cleanse, and thrive. Those who make changes towards a more alkaline diet find they have less pain, less mood swings, reduction in symptoms of dis-ease. In fact, changing what you eat alone can increase your energy, tighten sagging skin, improve your overall outlook on life, and most of all, enhance your health. It is not always easy to figure out how to make these changes for yourself and your family. Consult with Visit Sue Forma, holistic coach at:

Ingredients: 3 extra-large bulbs of fresh garlic (approx 6 oz.)
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 1/4 cup olive oil 1 leg of lamb.
Separate garlic into cloves and take off the skins. Place garlic, parsley and olive oil in a blender or food processor and mix until a paste is formed. Get rid of excess fat from meat. Spread garlic mixture on all sides of meat. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes per pound.
This garlic mixture can also be used on other cuts of meat. --Erin Suchoski
