February 2017 Newsletter
To My Readers:

Sorry the newsletter is a few days late. I was waiting for my incredible cover artist, ERIK HOLLANDER to complete his latest rendition of the cover art for my new thriller, UNDISCLOSED. The launch date is April 25, 2017 and about a dozen readers have read the first draft and love it. UNDISCLOSED debuts April 25, 2017 and only 5,000 first editions will be printed. I'll let you know when the pre-order links are posted.

This thriller was three years in the making... I promise you'll love it. The cover art will debut across my social media soon!

Prepare to be dazzled.

Marie Sutro is an incredible writer; her debut novel DARK ASSOCIATIONS reminded me of Thomas Harris's Silence of the Lambs.

Following the discovery of her protégé's mutilated corpse, SFPD Detective Kate Barnes vows to capture an infamous serial killer known as the Tower Torturer. The sick psychopath taunts the detective, viciously torturing young women who are close to her, and displaying their bodies in macabre tableaus. Despite her best efforts, the predator always seems to be two moves ahead of the rookie investigator. As the body count rises, Kate struggles to apprehend the brutal mastermind before he resurrects history's most insidious form of torture upon her.

Living Tips - Changes in Diet Can Change Your Life
One of the best-kept secrets of medicine is that the body can heal itself IF we create the right conditions inside our bodies. So what are the right conditions? It all comes down to chemistry. There are only two sides to chemistry:  acid and alkaline. Acids are corrosive and degenerative, causing inflammation, weakened cells and symptoms of pain and dis-ease. Alkalines are regenerative, restorative, and astringent helping our bodies heal, cleanse, and thrive. Those who make changes towards a more alkaline diet find they have less pain, less mood swings, reduction in symptoms of dis-ease.  In fact, changing what you eat alone can increase your energy, tighten sagging skin, improve your overall outlook on life, and most of all, enhance your health.  It is not always easy to figure out how to make these changes for yourself and your family.
