It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!  We are bringing back several 'grab and go' products this year that we are  excited about. Pictured right is our famous Gingerbread Man lookin' pretty sharp. We are also featuing Frosty's Trail Mix (a festive blend of dried fruit and toasted nuts), Candied Pecans (sugar coated toasted pecans), and exclusive to Stick Boy, Bella Rooster's Stick Boy Winter Jam (complimentary flavors of cranberry and orange mixed with spice). GALETTE: Sausage & Leek

Galette is a term used in French cuisine to designate various types of flat, round or free form pastry or cake. This week Stick Boy Kitchen is happy to offer a delicious savory option. We roll out our flaky pie dough and fill it with a mixture of sausage, leek with just the right spice. The pie dough is folded closed, baked to perfection and served warm with a side of home made gravy. It's a good thing you get two!

ASU Graduation
GRADUATION IS DECEMBER 15
We are taking orders for ASU Graduation cakes.  These cakes are 10 " double layer round and serve 30 - 40 people. You have a choice of vanilla or chocolate. Each cake is  carefully decorated in white buttercream icing, and we are offering two unique designs; One, a black and gold  graduation  cap (pictured) or the Appalachian "block A" design. You may also customize the  cake  with your Graduate's name, and the  cakes  are $49.99 (prepay only). 

We also take orders for other schools in the area (CCC&TI, Lees-McRae)! We are taking orders through Wednesday, December 12.
