Thankfulness comes in so many forms... gratitude, love, admiration, sympathy, affection and... taste?  Yes, that's right Stick Boy Kitchen is featuring the "Thankful Turkey Sandwich." Thanksgiving is right around the corner and we have a delicious sandwich to get your taste buds ready! Our Thankful Turkey sandwich is warm turkey on toasted Stick Boy Stuffing Bread with savory cranberry sauce, mayo, spinach and a side of gravy.  Yes, it's like Thanksgiving in a sandwich! Come in and get your gobble on!

Bread of the Week
WINTER STOLLEN
Be a part of the Stick Boy tradition with Winter Stollen . This delightful sweet bread is filled with rum soaked fruit and nuts (cranberries, golden raisins, candied orange peel, raisins, and toasted almonds). The dough is rolled out and folded to a flat football shape, and it is then baked to perfection. We brush the warm bread with butter and dust the top with powdered sugar. Our recipe is from a friend who grew up in Germany. Little did we know when she brought this traditional Dresdan, Germany Stollen recipe that it would become one of our signature products - a must have. It's the perfect holiday-time gift. We ship Stollen, too!

We will feature Winter Stollen every day for the next TWO MONTHS! This week we have it on sale! Full size is $15.50 (regularly $17) and the Stollenette is $10 (regularly $11).
*This will be the last week for Roasted Red Pepper Country French, and next week we will add Wild Rice & Onion.
As always, we mix our breads from scratch, shape them by hand, and bake them in our big German oven, right here in our bakery on Hardin Street. We bake only with unbleached and unbromated flour and never use any additives or preservatives. Come and taste.

Almon-d-elicious! This divine tart is made with sugar, butter, almond butter and almond paste, delicately shaped and baked in a cute little tart mold.
