ENGLISH/ LANGUAGE ARTS

This year, we will be using an ELA curriculum that integrates both science and social studies in order to build substantive content knowledge. There is a lot of 'doing" in this learning- experiments, project creation, etc. The linked wishlist items support lesson content activities/learning products.

The units revolve around grade-level science and social studies topics. Students simultaneously acquire reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while developing knowledge about the words and the world!
